We hold the keys to your network. We act like it.
Confidentiality is not a policy page for us — it is the job. We are routinely trusted with the drawings, credentials, and physical access that run a network, and we are built to protect them.
Client confidentiality
We do not name clients, publish their locations, or expose site details without written permission. Project drawings, site specifics, and the fact of an engagement itself are treated as confidential and shared strictly on a need-to-know basis.
Handling sensitive network data
The work puts us close to the most sensitive parts of a network — drawings, IP plans, credentials, and device configurations. We treat them accordingly: access is least-privilege, working materials are not retained beyond the engagement, and anything we touch on your network is secured behind us.
Accountable, identifiable crews
The crew on your site works for AE2Dnet. Because we self-perform instead of handing work to anonymous subcontractors, every person on the job is identifiable and accountable to one organization — the same one that answers the phone when something has to change.
Chain of custody on retired equipment
When equipment comes out of service, the data on it stays a liability until it is destroyed. Decommissioned assets remain inside a documented chain of custody from the rack to the certificate of destruction.

Imagery and privacy
We extend the same privacy discipline to our own marketing. To protect the privacy of our personnel and the security of our clients’ sites, imagery on this site is AI-generated or AI-enhanced and is illustrative. It does not depict actual employees, and it does not depict the specific client facilities where work was performed.
Reporting a security concern
If you discover a security issue with this site or our services, tell us. Reach our operations team at [email protected] and we will route it appropriately.
Have a build in mind? Let’s scope it.
Tell us the route, the sites, or the problem. An engineer — not a sales rep — will get back to you.
